Using SlyceIO
SlyceIO is provided by Siraxis Ltd. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms.
You must use SlyceIO in its intended way, using it for any other purpose other than intended is forbidden, any instances of misuse may result in your account being suspended or closed.
The SlyceIO website is intended for your own company use and must not be distributed to any other party. It’s use is solely for the purpose of creating and defining structured data that is accessed via the SlyceIO API.
The API is intended solely for access and manipulation of your data, it is intended for your own company use and must not be distributed to any other party unless that is part of your company’s offering.
Using SlyceIO does not allow you rights to any of our services including any branding/logos for any purposes unless permission in writing has been granted by Siraxis Ltd beforehand.
API usage quotas
You are allocated a daily usage limit based on your subscription, once this limit has been reached access to the data via the API will be blocked until the quota is refreshed the next day.
Any access via the API will result in a reduction in your daily quota regardless of origin.
Reselling
You cannot provide or resell our services to any other party under any circumstances.
Terminating your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time and may continue to use SlyceIO until the end of your current billing period, after which access will be stopped.
Services will also cease if your payment card becomes invalid and you fail to update these details when requested by Stripe.
In the case of a cancelled or lapsed subscription then your data will be kept for 30 days after the subscription ends. If you re-start your subscription within 30 days then you may continue to use your existing data. However, if your subscription has not been re-started after that period then your account and associated configuration data will be deleted.
Price increases
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we aim to keep these under review and we will endeavour to give prior notice of any such changes.
Modification of our services
We reserve the right to modify our services to you at any time.
Liability for our Services
EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF A WILLFUL AND INTENTIONAL BREACH OF A MATERIAL PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF A PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
About these Terms
We reserve the right to modify our terms at any time, this may be due to changes in law or to the services we provide.
You should regularly review the terms.
If you do not accept any of these terms you should cease using SlyceIO with immediate effect.
